Welcome to Xi'an! Our tour guide will meet you at your hotel or airport/station and then begin your journey through the city.
First, you will visit the historic Xi 'an Ancient City Wall, which was initially constructed during the Ming Dynasty and is also known as the Xi' an Ming City Wall. It is one of the largest and best-preserved ancient city walls still existing in China. You can climb up the wall, walk on its historical blue bricks to experience the charm of this ancient structure, or ride a bicycle to enjoy the stunning scenery created by the ancient wall harmonizing with the modern urban landscape.
Next, you'll visit Xi' an's renowned food and cultural street – Hui Min Street – where you can immerse yourself in the local atmosphere while savoring its distinctive cuisine. Additionally, the Hua Jue Lane Mosque in the vicinity is highly recommended; it's a unique Islamic mosque that blends traditional Chinese architectural elements with Islamic design features.
Finally, return to the hotel to check in and rest. If you still have energy, you can explore the surrounding area.

Day2 Xi'an Day Trip: Terracotta Army + Great Wild Goose Pagoda + Tang Dynasty Night City

After breakfast, you will take a approximately 40-minute ride to visit the Terracotta Army of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, one of the "Eight Wonders of the World." The [Terracotta Army Museum] is a site-based museum established on the original location of the pits and also the largest ancient military museum in China. Under the vivid guidance of professional tour guides, you will sequentially visit Pit No.1, No.2, and No.3 to learn about the historical background, manufacturing techniques of the terracotta figures, as well as the little-known stories behind these millennia-old clay warriors buried throughout history.
After the tour, you can join a local specialty activity – "DIY Mini Terracotta Warriors" – where you'll create miniature terracotta figures under the guidance of local potters, experience the art of pottery making, and receive a unique travel souvenir.
Next, you will visit Xi 'an's renowned cultural landmark – the Great Wild Goose Pagoda. Located within the Daci 'en Temple complex, it is the earliest and largest surviving square-pavilion-style brick pagoda from the Tang Dynasty, featuring seven stories and standing approximately 64 meters tall. Here, you can admire its ancient architectural style, view the Buddhist scriptures and statues brought back by Master Xuanzang from India, and climb the millennium-old pagoda to enjoy panoramic views of Xi' an city. For those interested, you may also wear a Hanfu and take photos with this historic pagoda for memorable travel moments.
In the evening, you will visit the magnificent and bustling [Tang Dynasty Night City], a large pedestrian street featuring a Tang-style architectural complex set against the backdrop of the prosperous Tang era. Here, you can interact with iconic cultural figures such as the "Unfallen Lady," Li Bai who composed poems while offering Roujiamo (a traditional Chinese steamed bun), the Tang-era mystery boxes containing artifacts related to Fang Xuanling and Du Ruhui, as well as the "Stone Figure" and "Dunhuang Flying Apsaras." You can also wander through vibrant alleys and admire the charm of ancient Chang'an during its golden age.

Day3 Xi 'an – Huashan Mountain – Xi' an: A one-day tour of Huashan Mountain

After breakfast, you will travel 118 kilometers (approximately 1.5–2 hours) by vehicle to visit Mount Hua, one of China's five famous mountains. Mount Hua is not only the cradle of Chinese civilization but also a sacred site of the Quanzhen School, the mainstream Taoist sect in China. Comprising five peaks, it enjoys the reputation as "the most spectacular and perilous mountain in the world" and stands out among China's Five Great Mountains for its exceptionally beautiful scenery, dramatic terrain, and high difficulty level for climbing.
Today's recommended hiking route on Mount Hua: Cable car – North Peak – Canglong Ridge – Middle Peak – East Peak – Changkong Trail – South Peak – West Peak – back to cable car, taking approximately 6–7 hours.
First, take a bus from the visitor center to the base of Huashan's North Peak (approximately 20 minutes), then board a cable car for a direct ride to the summit (Yuntai Peak) in about 10 minutes. From there, you'll enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding majestic mountains and the other four peaks. Next, hike along Canglong Ridge, traversing a sharp, blade-shaped ridge flanked by sheer cliffs that seem bottomless—a truly perilous journey.
After reaching Jin Suo Pass, you'll see countless red silk ribbons and golden locks symbolizing love and wishes hanging from iron chains along both sides of the road. Continue toward Zhongfeng (Jade Maiden Peak), where a 40-minute hike leads to Dongfeng (Sunrise Peak)—the perfect vantage point for viewing Mount Hua's sunrise. Next comes the most challenging section of this trek: the Changkong Plank Road, which spans sheer cliffs supported solely by iron chains and wooden planks, earning it recognition as one of the world's most dangerous hiking routes. (Note: Walking this path takes approximately 30 minutes and requires considerable courage; those without hiking experience or acrophobia should consider alternative routes.) Finally, reach Nanfeng (Falling Wild Goose Peak), Mount Hua's highest summit at 2,154.9 meters above sea level, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. After completing this section, continue for another 30 minutes to Xifeng (Lotus Peak), where visitors can explore attractions like Cuiyun Palace and the Ax-Cut Rock, while also hearing the legendary story of Chenxiang's rescue of his mother by splitting through the mountain.
Afterward, walk for about 20 minutes to reach the Xishan Cable Car Station and take the cable car down the mountain (approximately 20 minutes). During the ride, you'll have the chance to enjoy a final view of Mount Hua's beauty. Upon arrival at the base of the mountain, take a vehicle back to your hotel in Xi'an for check-in and rest.

Due to limited facilities on Mount Hua, it is recommended to bring your own food and beverages. The Changkong Plank Road may be temporarily closed for maintenance or due to adverse weather conditions, and alternative routes will be provided. During the peak tourist season, Mount Hua experiences high visitor numbers, and queues may form when ascending the mountain.

Day4 Departing Xi'an: Airport/Station Farewell Service
