Welcome to China's capital – Beijing. Our tour guide will meet you at the exit of the airport or train station and escort you to your hotel in downtown Beijing for check-in and rest. After that, you have free time to explore the city at your leisure – either resting at the hotel to alleviate jet lag or visiting nearby attractions.
Recommended arrival method:

1. Airports: Beijing has two airports, namely Beijing Daxing International Airport and Beijing Capital International Airport, both of which operate numerous international and domestic flight routes. You can fly to Beijing from countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, and Cambodia, as well as from most cities in China, including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an, Guilin, Hangzhou, Kunming, and Wuhan.

2. Train: Beijing boasts a highly developed rail transit system; you can take high-speed trains from cities such as Xi'an, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, and Harbin to Beijing.

Day2 Beijing Day Trip: Tiananmen Square + The Forbidden City + the Summer Palace

After breakfast, you will visit the world-renowned Tiananmen Square. Located on Beijing's central axis, it is the largest urban central square in the world and holds significant importance in China's history, having witnessed countless major historical events. Here, you can admire the majestic and solemn Tiananmen Gate and learn about the profound Chinese culture.
Next, you will walk through the square to visit the Palace Museum in Beijing. Also known as the Forbidden City, it is located at the heart of Beijing's central axis and served as the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is the world's largest and best-preserved wooden palace complex within a Forbidden City layout. Here, you can tour the major palaces along the central axis, admire their magnificent and exquisite ancient architecture, and learn more about the history of the Forbidden City through your guide's explanations. Upon completion, you may proceed to the nearby Jingshan Park (approximately a 15-minute walk) for a panoramic view of both the Forbidden City and the city of Beijing.
In the afternoon, you will travel by vehicle to visit the renowned Imperial Garden—the Summer Palace. The Summer Palace is the largest and best-preserved imperial garden still existing in China, and it is also one of the four famous gardens of China, renowned for its beauty.

Day3 Beijing Great Wall Day Trip: Mutianyu Great Wall + Olympic Park (Bird's Nest, Water Cube)

After breakfast, you will travel 73 kilometers by car (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours) to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall, one section of the Great Wall which ranks among the Seven Wonders of the World. The Mutianyu Great Wall is the longest and best-preserved segment of China's Great Wall, famed for the reputation "Mutianyu stands out uniquely among the entire Great Wall". You may first take a cable car to the 14th Watchtower, then hike westward. Along the way, you can admire the magnificent mountain scenery and the winding, grand views of the Great Wall, before reaching the highest point — the 20th Watchtower to finish your Great Wall tour.

After visiting the Great Wall, head back to central Beijing. On the route, you will pass by and view the exteriors of the Bird's Nest (National Stadium of China) and the Water Cube (National Aquatics Center of China), where you can take photos with the buildings. Afterwards, return to your hotel for a good rest.

Day4 Beijing Day Trip: Temple of Heaven + Confucius Temple and Imperial College + Hutongs

This morning, you will visit the Temple of Heaven, originally named the Altar of Heaven and Earth, which served as the site where ancient emperors conducted sacrifices to heaven, prayed for bountiful harvests, and requested rain. It is also the largest surviving ancient sacrificial architectural complex in China, renowned for its unique and magnificent architecture as well as its profound and captivating culture. Here, you can learn about ancient sacrificial rituals and visit notable structures such as the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, the Wall of Echoes, and the Three-Tone Stone.
Next, you will visit the culturally rich [Confucius Temple and Imperial College Museum], which consists of the Confucius Temple and the Imperial College. The Confucius Temple was initially built in 1302 AD and served as a place for honoring the ancient sage Confucius during the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. The Imperial College, established in 1287 AD, was once China's highest institution of learning and the only academy founded by an emperor of ancient China. Here, you can learn about China's traditional education system.
Finally, you can visit Wudaoying Hutong near the museum to enjoy a relaxing getaway, experience the local lifestyle, and stroll through its narrow alleys while exploring the surrounding specialty shops.

Day5 Departing Beijing: Airport/Station Farewell Service
