Day2 Chongqing Day Trip (departing at noon): Liziba Station + Kuixing Tower + Jiefangbei Monument + Hot Pot Restaurant + Hongyadong Cave

Departing at noon, we will head to [Lizi Ba Station] to witness firsthand the globally renowned spectacle of "light rail passing through buildings." This is China's first rail transit station co-located with commercial and residential buildings, situated on Chongqing Metro Line 2. We will stop at a designated viewing area to offer you an immersive experience of this breathtaking sight of light rail traversing structures. Be sure to capture this futuristic scene with your smartphone or camera.
Next, visit the Kuixing Tower—one of Chongqing's iconic "8D magical" landmarks. While it appears to be an ordinary city square, standing at its edge and looking down reveals a staggering 22-story vertical drop, creating a truly awe-inspiring sensation as if suspended mid-air. This architectural marvel is also the perfect place to experience Chongqing's unique three-dimensional charm.
Next, visit the Jiefangbei Monument—a 27.5-meter-tall stone monument that stands as Chongqing's iconic symbol, bearing witness to the city's resilience and determination during World War II. Its base still preserves precious memories of that era. Don't miss taking a commemorative photo with the inscription "Hello, Chongqing" to capture your first lasting impression of this mountain city.
During dinner time, enjoy a authentic Chongqing hot pot together. As one of the birthplaces of this dish, the spicy flavors here are truly exemplary. Sitting around the stove, savoring a slice of tripe and taking a sip of icy beverage, you can immerse yourself in the genuine warmth and vibrancy of Chongqing's daily life amidst the steaming atmosphere.
Next, visit Hongyadong along the Jialing River – one of Chongqing's most iconic cultural and tourism landmarks. Renowned for its traditional Bayu stilted house architecture, dazzling nighttime light shows, and the unique 8D mountain city spectacle, it offers perfect opportunities for exploration and capturing magical 8D photos where buildings appear to float. Especially at night, when the brilliant lights illuminate the area, visitors can experience a real-life version of "Spirited Away." To capture the most stunning night views, you don't need to climb a bridge – standing beneath the Qiansimen Jialing River Bridge or in front of the Jiangbeizui Grand Theatre on the opposite bank will allow you to enjoy this enchanting nighttime scene.
After the tour, you will return to your hotel in downtown Chongqing to rest.

Day3 Chongqing Wulong Day Trip: Wulong Karst Area (The Three Natural Bridges)

This morning, you will travel by vehicle to the Wulong Karst Tourism Area, a journey of approximately 2.5 hours. Designated as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, it houses three world-renowned natural bridges—the Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge. These massive limestone arch bridges span the canyon with majestic grandeur and served as one of the filming locations for the movie Transformers: Age of Extinction.
Upon arriving at the scenic area, begin by viewing the full panorama of the canyon from the observation deck at the entrance to experience the awe-inspiring vista from above. Then take the sightseeing elevator directly to the valley floor and officially embark on this "subterranean adventure."
Along your hiking journey, you will encounter these masterpieces of nature:
Tianlong Bridge: The most magnificent of the three bridges, its arches rise high like an open natural gateway welcoming every visitor. Standing beneath it and looking up, one truly appreciates what is meant by "masterful craftsmanship," a sight that leaves a profound impression.
Tianfu Official Post Station: A Tang Dynasty-style ancient post station nestled deep in a valley, featuring blue tiles and gray walls that exude timeless charm. It served as the filming location for Transformers 4 and now stands quietly as one of the most story-rich scenes captured on film.
Qinglong Bridge: Locals affectionately call it the "Guandao Bridge" because its arch resembles a hanging Green Dragon Crescent Blade. The bridge's structure harmonizes beautifully with the surrounding verdant cliffs and lush forests, making every photo taken there instantly Instagram-worthy.
Black Dragon Bridge: The most serene of the three bridges, its arches are deep and dark; stepping inside, one can hear the gentle murmur of water. Fine springs often cascade from the walls like mist or silk threads, bringing a refreshing, moist breeze that makes one naturally slow their pace.

Clothing: Due to the low temperatures and high humidity in the canyon, it is recommended to wear multiple layers of clothing that are easy to put on and take off. During the rainy season, a lightweight raincoat should be prepared.
